After Visual Studio Community 2022 was released, the download link for Visual Studio Community 2019 has disappeared from https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/downloads/ .
But we can still download VS Community 2019 with our Dev Essentials membership. You may login or become a dev essentials member here https://my.visualstudio.com/Downloads/Featured?mkt=en-gb .
I was able to login to dev essentials and download the VS Community Edition 2019. Please see the below screenshot.
